Georgian woman...most of you know of her antics.
White gangsta from Idaho (lol) who always wears matching outfits and a skull cap and sings (mumbles/hums) to his headphones super loud.
And this new guy who has so F-in smug and does everything while talking on his blue tooth. This mother fuker was talking on his blue tooth DURING sets of bench. He asked me to spot him and I did. "I probably won't need your help I'm going to do 6 reps but I should be good"...4th rep starts bouncing like his life is over and yelling at me not to touch it lol.

Lifting with Power
so I've been thinking about this past week. Had ****ty workouts, felt like **** all week, and haven't been feeling intense in the gym.
Also haven't been gaining any weight for a few weeks.
If I don't gain at least 2 pounds by next week, for ****s sake neg train the **** out of me.

Do you train it often? And how wide of a grip do you use? I've been messing with mine. If I go bench grip which is middle finger on rings I got no strength. But if I grip just outside my shoulders, I seem to get the most strength from there. Though it makes it alittle unstable to hold at lockout.

I dont bench much at all. I press normally twice a week though. There isnt really a reason to bench for strongman. I also bench more with a narrow grip on bench because thats where my OH grip and my floor press grip is.

Yea but you can screw around in high school and gets As and some Bs. And then screw around in undergrad and get As, Bs, and maybe some Cs. But you screw around in grad school and you get effed in the A and get a bunch of Cs.
