I've seen people here talk about measuring body fat %. How do I measure mine accurately? And more importantly, when do I measure it? I ask this because I have a serious problem with bloatedness.
In the morning when I get up my stomach is completely flat, and when I flex, I can see the really good beginnings of a six pack. However, by the evening, after I've had my meals, my stomach is all bloated and when I flex my stomach just goes all out of proportion and it looks weird/sick.
Is there any way to combat this bloatedness?
