    Define "clean bulk"?

If your food is dirty then try the sink! :-)

I'm serious, I REALLY want to know your definition of a "clean bulk"!

I didnt think it was a vague term.
When bulking alot of people eat any old **** just so they can get the calories in. They get enough cals in to build muscle but also build loads of fat too.

People doing a lean or CLEAN bulk eat enough calories but make sure its all the good stuff. For example a dude at my gym says when bulking he'll eat only turkey and Brown rice. He still puts on fat cos its more cals, but its minimal.

    Hope thats ok,lol.

No that is not ok. In fact its retarded. Arbitrary food labeling wont determine wither or not you have fats gains, the size of your caloric surplus will. Now please stop posting advice from your obviously ignorant sole bro from the gym. Kthxbye

check out my thread for the busy mans diet. they are all pretty clean and you don't waste any time in preparation, how about you share some of your best clean bulking recipes. My personal favorite is cottage cheese with either raspberrys blueberries or blackberries; eat it right out of the container and they go great together

    One of my favorites is:
    1 cup 0% greek yogurt
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    3/4 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup blueberries
Throw them all together in a bowl and enjoy! Like to eat 3 oz of spinach on the side with it.

Noo.. You see, you need to separate all ingredients onto different plates. Then it isn't a big mac anymore and you can eat it.

Oh yeah, you cannot eat it at McDonalds. You have to step outside, otherwise, it's junk food.

actually you make fun of the fact people try not to eat at mcdonalds because it's junk food but we will see who has cancer in his later years..

I choose not to eat at fast food places because they DO sell JUNK food.. not just because of the fat and grease but because of the antibiotics and chemicals they were pumping into those cows and chickens.. not to mention they are fed corn/trash/animal waste.. same with the chicken.. gl on your long lived and healthy life bud

I laugh at the people who eat this stuff and think it can all be fixed by running or lifting..
