    Trutein differences? Wheyology,Trutein?

Hey can you guys help me tell the difference between the different Trunutrition Trutein mixes?

    Trutein?
    Wheyology?

I am looking for the best post-workout mix of the 2 choices.
Wheyology specifically states how it is "geared" towards post-workout nutrition.
    What do you guys think??

From my understanding, Trutein is more of a Meal-Replacement supplement. Meaning, yu can supplement it with or instead of meals to get extra long-lasting protein. It has a lot of millecular casein in it too, so its probably not the best for post-workout bc it lasts around 7-8 hours of protein supplementation.

If wheyology is isolate or hydroisolated, then thats perf for post.

Trutein is a mix of whey, casein, and egg protein. Wheyology is a whey protein. Never had wheyology but trutein tastes really good! Either one will be fine though to take post workout

Wheyology taste is terrible and if I use more than 1/2 scoop at a time I've learned is what was making me feel nauseous along with headaches. Just tossed almost a full tub.

Will do! Sounds like trutein is my choice. This will be fine to take with Madness as a Pre-Workout?
