t-bar handle from westside barbell for land mine

Just my opinion on this piece, I received it as a christmas gift, so I've had it for two months. Construction and finish was fine. The drop is 5 inches and seems too small as the bar hits my groin if I really squeeze it back. You really have to sit back on this to avoid it. Just my 2 cents.

    Hmmm

I just measured my Body Solid bar and the drop is 3.5 inches (center to center).

I don't have any problem with the bar hitting Richard and the twins. I can touch 25 lb plates to my chest.

The funny thing is I wasn't even measuring to center, it would probably be a larger drop. I guess not all men are created equal, sorry couldn't resist. I am used to using a chest supported t row, so maybe I just need to get more use to it, but i don't think a larger drop would hurt.

i do t-bar rows with my back nearly horizontal, plates hit right about the bottom rib .no problem with the bar making unwanted contact.

you should make a lil platform for rows like this guy did (first picture on the thread). http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...4231231&page=5
It surprises me how many people refuse to buy equipment from Elitefts because its too expensive but they will buy equipment from their competitors, then continue to go on EFS website to educate themselves for FREE
