    yeah man. Going to training school all day has really hindered my 5/3/1 progress. my lifting days are maybe 2..3 days if lucky per week.

    I feel your pain except mine is from my first pulling session in 3 weeks with some front squats thrown in for good measure!!

    Combining Squats and bench is never a bad idea if you're pressed for lifting time. I like it because I'm already loose for bench after squats....plus that's how you do it in the meet anyway
