I feel your pain except mine is from my first pulling session in 3 weeks with some front squats thrown in for good measure!!
Combining Squats and bench is never a bad idea if you're pressed for lifting time. I like it because I'm already loose for bench after squats....plus that's how you do it in the meet anywayBetter Body Sports

Pretty decent workout...did not really follow 5/3/1 at all..the next few weeks are gonna be hectic as hell so I dont wanna start a new cycle yet. I have been writting my workouts down. 335 for sets of 3 today..were better than last week
