And to give you some ammo back I got stuck with 135 on my chest on a triple strip set of bench a few weeks back. told the guy I was good and was just going to rep out when I got to 135 and a dozen or so reps later there i am. lol. I got my balls busted bigtime....and I deserved it.

I use the small plates pretty much every workout to get the percentages right with 5/3/1. At some point, progress slows down and those small plates will be a step toward adding bigger ones.

A year ago when I went on a hardcore cut and lost a lot of strength I tried going heavy on INcline. I use to rep out 250 - 275 no problem..Only had 225 on the bar. I was going for 5 reps. on rep 2, I came down with it, and thats where it stayed. luckly some bystander helped me get it up (no homo)

I should have just used the 2.5s today on deadlifts and just gone up 5...but I thought it would be quicker to just slap the 35s up there.. Those 5 reps kicked my ass!

Cutting one rest day out was a mistake! Everything felt really REALLY HEAVY today!! The set of 5 deadlifts was really more like 3 reps...and 2 singles. prolly 15 seconds rest between the singles.
Only "side" work I did was 5x10 hammer curls.
Dunno when my recovery day will be, I know I work the next 2 days...dunno a schedule after that.

Got a car, the kids think its badass having a "police" car in the driveway!

I was still pretty sore from VD (Thats what she said). Especially lower back and shoulders. Squats today were decent once I got warmed up. Wasnt much to the bench. But when I got to OHP, I could tell my shoulders were tanked. Last week I hit 185 for my sets, there was no way I wanted any bit of that today. 155...not much weight, but nice slow smooth reps I had planned on trying a 1rep strict press for 400lbs contest, but I didnt have it in me today...maybe next week.

not bad today. I caught the case of the shiits while doing squats Never fails! going up alittle this week was awsome..I was sure I couldnt get anymore, especially with bench. Guess next week I may try for 395..we'll see!
So I work the next four nights...guess Ill have a good break before I get back to it..probably Tuesday.
Working this random swing shift work, I feel like the full body TM will work best for me.
