Just tried Cellucor's new Icey Blue Razz C4...AWESOME FLAVOR! This stuff has all the punch of the previous flavors (orange and fruit punch) but in an awesome blue raspberry flavor. This is the best tasting pre-work out I have had! My wife does not do pre-work out supplements but tried this before we went to the gym and she loved it. The C4 gives you that boast of energy and focus without that out of control feeling some pre-work out supplements give you. ENERGY, FOCUS AND AWESOME FLAVOR makes this stuff a winner!

Cool story, bro.
You wouldn't have anything to financially gain from people buying that stuff, would you?
Here's another cool story; save your money and just drink a cup of strong coffee before training. No brain, no gain.

Just knowledge
I am a 46 year old guy that took a hard look at my health and fitness level and realized I needed to do something to be here for my wife and (some day) grandchildren. I have dropped 91# and my fitness level is up big time. I have learned a few things along the way but not an expert by any means. I do have an opinion on C4 and wanted to share it.

I do not post much on forums, but i wanted to add to this. I have been working out for about 1.5 years now. I workout 3 times a week, and consider myself to be in shape. I do use c4 before every workout along with protein post workout. All background aside.... i have tried the orange, fruit punch, and now am taking blue razz flavor. Blue razz is the best overall flavor. the fruit punch and orange taste OK, but have a potent sweet tart kinda taste behind it which i dont really care for. Whatever chemical in c4 that causes this "sweet tart" taste is very well masked by the blue razz making it a much more enjoyable supplement. and yes, the pump is the same as well. Hope that helps!

Buddy gave me a bottle. Price was right for me. At first i thought thd c4 was pretty good. Lately my body has told me to shut down for a while. Tried to fight through it with the c4 but even it didnt pick me up. Maybe this week i can get back at it. Have about 10 workouts left before i make a final judgement.
Imo i have always been a fan of NO xplode. Yes i know many dont like it, but it seemed to help me the most.
Occupation self employeed oil field. As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....
1. GO BIG OR GO HOME.
2. FORM IS EVERYTHING
3. BREATHE.

I have been using C-4 for a couple months now and like the results. I use it every morning and most of the time I feel a pretty descent energy boost and concentration. I got them online from GNC's web site while they were running a sale of buy 2, get the 3rd free. Seemed like a fair deal. Ive used No Explode before and It seemed to work as well. I'm almost out of my supply and although I am pleased with the product I am considering trying another product for comparison. Unfortunately coffee does not give me much of a boost if at all, so these types of products do the trick for me. Plus coffee does not contain creatine. (Not in Sales and no affiliation with C-4
Going to the gym and lifting heavy weights is the easy part. Nutrition. now thats where the hard work starts.

Jack3d is great at first, but I agree about getting imune to it. I found that things with 1,3 in it are great for lifting, but make me sick when I do HIT cardio. I didn't know this site had grape WhiteFlood as an exclusive. I'm about out of Craze, so I might get some. White Flood is my second favorite. I-Force has a new PRE that is supposed to be good also. Have you tried Craze? If not, I would get that if I were you.
