So i have really new to the forums as you can see by my >20 posts. For some reason someone disagreed with some advice I gave on nutrient timing (even though i researched before i replied) and flagged me for over 1000 rep points! I don't get why someone would do that. I only had a little over 400 reps before that and now I am -511 and no one will take me seriously on the threads or respond to me because I am Red!
I swear that I have never said anything mean or uneducated or upsetting on the threads so can someone please help me and rep me up to at least 0! I can't stand being in the red and it seems like it is impossible to get out without help!
Thanks guys! I hope someone can help me out

@trexmoad123, He recommended simple carbs before you workout but from what i researched you should consume complex carbs to sustain your energy. That is according to people like Layne Norton, Kris Gethin etc. Thanks for the reps bro.
@gtslmfao, I don't see the need for people to give negative reps just because they don't want someone to disagree with them based off of facts. Its messed up and the fact that I just started posting and had no reps made it even worse cause i went negative.
