    What do you guy prefer to eat/drink pre-workout

    Curious as to what is most ideal. If it's a supplement please say which. Thanks

    They make a eatable pre workout?

    I perfer pills over anything, but for protien I perfer bars, easier to eat and no worry about cleaning bottles.

    Usually a 1:3 Protein to carb ratio.. buy really depends what you're goals are, i 100% always have coffee 30 min before a workout tho

    not a eatable supplement I mean eating before a workout. Kinda said it wrong

    Caffeine always. Oatmeal and usually a shake an hour or so beforehand. I hate having a lot in my stomach while working out. If I take a preworkout, I tend to try and use pills if available. Caffeine pills do wonders for me. Currently using Nutrabolics Swollen, in pills and give me great pumps and focus. Also taking Geranium too. Blast through my workouts.

    I workout at 8 a.m. Wake up at 715, have 2 packets of oatmeal and a cup of greek yogurt, take PWO 10 mins later and head to gym. I try not to eat too much because it makes me sluggish, but if I need energy so my meal is high on carbs and protein. Oatmeal is also easy to wolf down in 2 minutes.

    For an actualy pre workout for better workout i take C4 but other then that usually eat like hour before, maybe something with good source of protein
