Caffeine always. Oatmeal and usually a shake an hour or so beforehand. I hate having a lot in my stomach while working out. If I take a preworkout, I tend to try and use pills if available. Caffeine pills do wonders for me. Currently using Nutrabolics Swollen, in pills and give me great pumps and focus. Also taking Geranium too. Blast through my workouts.
