    Good job bro! Your getting that look! Since i last got on here i was 173, I am at 165 now but i am on my 4th day of loading creatine so i gained 2 pounds, my chest has got wider and im emphasizing on my arms. My stomach as gone in alot but im having a crazy hard time with the love handles! How did you get them down bro?

    sup man i dont know... the kris gethen program has you do twists everyday with weights.. maybe that helped? Im just having a hard time with the belly fat now.

    well I got 4 days lefts of the muscle pharm challenge I think im gaining some mass on the PHAT routine. Im enjoying it I like the change. Still hitting cardio hard will post pictures in the picture thread and im doing a bod pod at the end of the week as well. Excited to see exactly where im at.

    Craving are getting super bad im going to pig out this weekend. I keep having small cheats pieces of candy bars.. a kiss.. I dont know its just getting really hard or maybe cause im close to the "finish" either way eating 1200-1300 cal is super hard..

    4 days left muscle challenge. 50 lbs fat loss feeling real good.... This is flexed after gym. I do a Bodpod on Sunday I guess I will know then if I keep cutting or bulk.....

    Im too tired to read all the posts but Im guessing you changed from a keto diet to something else? Unless Im completely wrong, the first page you were far off from a keto diet. You should have been over 2000 cal but were eating 1300.
    I read you did the Gethin program. I signed up to that as well, but Ill be trying it out after I lose weight and have my elbow looked at.

    Either way, transformation looks damn good for a few months.
    My favorite part of reading peoples transformation is the starting picture, people always have effed up hair and look like they havent slept in days, then last picture is all clean cut, new jewelry, fresh shave... haha.
