    overhead barbelll press in the squat rack/power rack okay?

    i dont wanna be the guy who is a tard and does stupid sht like curling in the squat rack. so i was wondering if the overhead barbelll press in the squat rack/power rack would be okay

    This. Only do it in the racks if you're doing heavy weights you can't power clean. Only then can you use it and only when its empty.
