i believe what is letting me down is my diet if someone could help me these are the things i have readily available and my diet usualy consists of
    whey,chicken,eggs,rice,vegetables,milk

seriously tell me what i need to do to achieve my goals and i shall do it

Based on your bodystats, you and I have a similar build. (I'm 5'7, and 165). My experience, is that I was lifting 4-5 days a week for almost two years, but I never made real gains until I got heavily involved in 3 aspects of bodybuilding:

    1. knowledge: researched techniques, read countless articles and still do, read the classic bodybuilding books to grasp the basics as a foundation, and then learn from there.

    2. diet: i'm a hard gainer. I have to eat a lot of protein and carbs to pack on muscle mass. but I try to stay away from certain foods that would make me look pudgy. everybody is different, and due to my genetics I can get away with certain things while others do it differently. the point was to learn what works for me. I could take all the supplements and lift all I wanted, but until I got my diet on point I never made real gains. I would argue that diet is easily 70% of bodybuilding (at least for me). You may not be a hard-gainer like me with a fast metabolism, but my point is to know your bodytype and what works best for you. If you pack on pudge easily, stick to a lean diet (my training partner Steve knows all about going on insane cut diets).

    3. recovery: I make it a point to get 7 hours of sleep a night minimum, but 8 is the goal. muscles grow at rest, and I find I'm significantly more effective in the gym if I'm rested. but sometimes that means going home to sleep when everybody else is going out late. it's not always fun. but if you're hitting it hard enough during your workouts, you'll pass right out at night.

I'm not sure if you have a lifting partner, but this is a solid HRT forum. It's one of the few places where you'll get to talk one-on-one with pros and Universal reps. If you're interested in running HRT (solo or with a partner), I would talk to Tom and the Universal Reps on the forum. It's a great program. My training partner and I just got done running the 12 weeks in hell, and I made more gains during that time than ever before. let me know if you need anything bro. go kill it!
