How to get rid of hair

I am a sophmore in college, and i dont really have any hair on my chest. My roomates say that its because i have a big chest and my chest is tight so no hair will grow, but recently i have seen some hair growing and i dont like it. How can i get ride of it and keep it away with out waxing,shaving, every week. i hope some one can give me some advise. Thanks

Nads hair gel. I use it everywhere. It hurts but just suck it up and be a man.
