    Full Body Compound Workouts

Could anyone give me a full body compound workout which i can do once or twice a week? I've been doing the 300 workout once a week with cardio and the other days i was doing isolations. Need a good fat burner while still increasing strength.

lol I cant believe there are still posts like this.

Starting Strength, 5x5, or the Beginners routine thread.
-Having a big tool box is great but it means nothing if you lack a set of standard screwdrivers and a hammer.
-The Pareto principle: 80% of the effects are from 20% of causes. All the other small details will only affect a small portion of results, 80% of causes will contribute to 20% of the effects.

Pullups - compression set of 20 reps
    Squats
    Bench
    Romanian Deadlift
    Overhead Press (standing)
    Curls
    Dips(weighted)
    Standing calf
Been working with a trainer doing that. How we do it is we test my maxes every two weeks and keep the rep ranges between 6-12(started at 12). 2.5lb progression on each exercise the first two weeks(with dips and pullups I add weight with a dip belt whenever I can). If you don't wanna follow a proven routine...you need to build one similar to this and progress every workout on a desired rate whether it be sets/reps/weight. All pros is proven as is SS....only reason I'm doing this as opposed to them is I have a trainer critiquing my form and his routine is actually SENSIBLE. It's not a bunch of isolation machines that any idiot could set up for me. Regards and take care.
