Pain in rotator cuff when doing shoulder press/rear delt flyes?

It's only the left one, it's only a little painful but it's definately doesn't feel right, I'm pretty sure it's the rotator cuff, it feels like a bone in the shoulder. It's really annoying because I really don't wanna mess anything up but shoulder press is really an exercise I want to carry on! I tried doing some rotator cuff exercises with a light dumbell, maybe it was to light? Or maybe it was just crap, any help please?

train your rotator cuff, it is just as important as training the shoulder muscles itself.
Edit: didn't see you already tried this with dumbbells, use cables for rotator cuff training
