I could complain for hours about the gyms in my part of town. We have AWESOME gyms here- even a Metroflex, but they are too far my schedule. I have a shytty crowded LA Fitness in the damn ghetto (safe at 5AM, not so much at 6PM) or one the other direction is full yuppy suburb hell. Or this crappy one 3 miles away. ~sigh~ So I train with the high school wrestling team twice a week. Good luck getting the 15lb DBs on a night like this, lol.
Good fun to watch the attempts at squats, tho. Last night homeboy had the Smith machine loaded up with 230lbs, for honest-to-God 1/4 squats. SMH, FML."Evidently Mr. Ringo's an educated man. Now I really hate him."

How about I give you bags of samples, and you can throw them on the ground, and let the children feed. Oh, need that bench, throw some C4 packets on the ground a few feet away....watch em run.

Tuesday, legs and cardio
I don't really train legs much. Its hard, and mine are big enough already. But...its too large of a muscle group for me to keep omitting.
So today was a very light and easy leg day.
Used Purus Labs Muscle Marinade, LCLT, XFA, and the tbooster preWO.
4 sets of real light squats, leg press (machine, not the plate loaded sled), and seated leg curls.
Much stretching, and 35 minutes cardio on the bike.
Been a while since I did squats. Form was sloppy, I kept losing my balance. Hopefully all that comes back soon."Evidently Mr. Ringo's an educated man. Now I really hate him."

DEAL!
I had no problem getting low- thighs parallel to the floor. But I felt like my back arched to much, like I was folding the wrong way to get that low.
I stayed very light, and it only got heavy up around 10 reps. But I had to rest-pause most sets to take a few seconds to balance and refine my position. Maybe next week I'll try front squats, probably with the empty bar."Evidently Mr. Ringo's an educated man. Now I really hate him."

I like doing ATG squats, because I am all legs, and I like watching ppl squirm at the thought of my leg workouts, and a rather long range of motion, lol.
When I used to power lift, my coach used to say to make me do close grip snatches, and laugh that each rep would take me twice as long as everyone else, and I was moving at the same speed, lol. I threw hammer and discus in college. No Longer with Cellucor....do not contact directly for assistance, please see Official Rep Thread for assistance or contact Cellucor directly at Cellucor.com

Congrats on the recent bulk! Good discipline to stay just under 1K Lbs.
Long legs make the 'time under tension' concept a snap, lol. I'm usually gassed by 8 reps.
I did that when I started squatting- 90 degrees. I did ATG for a while and liked them, but enough guys in the gym voiced concern for me, lol, I just stop at parallel now. That feels pretty good."Evidently Mr. Ringo's an educated man. Now I really hate him."

Seems to be an update version. I think the 'Intense' means concentrated.
I have the V2 sample.
Stims, creatine mono, agamatine, aminos.

The Intense looks just as good- stims, COP, agamantine.
