Welcome to my log. I'm D2footballjrc/Sinlesss, though somehow in this realm (bb.com) I've been given the nickname Bruce. I am offering to tell you a tale, that the ending is not yet written. It's most likely a boring tale so I'll try to spice it up a bit. This will be my second log/play through. I've learned quite a bit from my first go around and I think this second one I can avoid some of the pittfalls from my first one. First I most likely won't try to update daily. Reasoning is I'm planning on more graphics and well this is mainly about weight loss and I don't think the battle of the scales daily is going to interest anyone. (OH YEAH I crushed .2lbs today, anyone? anyone? Bueller?) Thus I will update it several times weekly, I also will offer what is most likely considered crudely drawn/photoshopped images. If you agree to this terms, toss a quarter in and follow along. I am currently down 120 pounds since August 1st, 2011. Let's keep it rocking!
Let's meet the main character:
Handsome fellow I know. You can't have an ugly main character can you! Well there you go, a true champion/ diamond in the rough!
Let's meet the other characters for this journey.
We have a wonderful group of ragtag character to take part in this story of the ages! AI Sports Raspberry Ketones, Finaflex 500-XT, DCP by Genomyx, AI Sports Magic Matcha, Controlled Labs Orange Triad, AI Sports Recover Pro LEMON, AI Sports Glycobol, AI Sports Phenibut.
These characters and more will help me take on the Fat Monster who has apparently taken hold of and trying to crush my life, self confidence, and health.
Let's talk about the first match up.
Finaflex 500-XT vs the Fat Monster!
Dreamweaver on the boards introduced me to this first character. Pro Xanthine 500-XT, the next generation in weight loss and energy supplementation! Pro Xanthine 500-XT contains the highest quality and most exotic legal stimulants and fat loss ingredients available on today's market! Sounds like this could be a good first round matchup against the Fat Monster.
I've taken a couple doses of Finaflex PX 500-XT and I can say at first it gave me quite a few jitters, kinda like most stimulants would. I had great energy, and it did indeed suppress appetite. Both which is a big blow against the Fat Monster.
Finaflex Pro Xanthine 500-XT is told to give these benefits:
•Prolonged Appetite Suppression
•Concentrated Enhancement
•Rapid Energy Amplification
•Antioxidant Properties
•Hours of Clean Energy
•Belly Fat Reducer
So far so good. I'll keep you up to date as I learn more about this character and others! Welcome to my journey!

Well my suits all came in. I ordered 3 of them and picked them up from the tailor. Each one is roughly .5 too small in the bell area. I still have just over 3 weeks to lose that weight for the suits to fit perfect at an event I'm going to. Did this to keep on point. If I don't I can still wear them, they just won't be 100% crisp looking. Motivation, motivation, motivation!

Before Lunch: Raspberry Ketones, Glycobol
Intra: Recover Pro
PM: Raspberry Ketones, DCP, 3z.
*Notes:
Didn't take glycobol for Supper as I ran into an issue with taking it for breakfast and lunch and not having enough carbs, I went very low blood sugar after working out (at that point I had only had 2 total carbs for the day) and had some issues with that. After working out I felt very sick. That is what the 3 Musketeers Marshmellow mini's was for. Felt much better shortly after that. Decided to hold off taking it again for supper.
Macros:
Cals: 1791
Protein: 173 (+36 grams BCAA's) This is a bit low compared to the 200-250 I usually eat.

4/14/2012
Exercise:
Walking the zoo + Lifting:
Barbell Squat 225 = 7, 6, 7
45 Degree Incline DBP = 75 X 12, 13, 12
DumBbell Row 75 each side = 12/13, 13/13, 12/12
Narrow Stance Barbell Deadlift 215 = 10, 9, 5
Narrow Grip Supinated Lat PullDown 135 = 12, 12, 12
Standing Dumbbell Overhead Press 60 = 12, 12, 11
Dumbbell Zottman Curls 60 X 12, 12, 13
Decline Dumbbell Tricep Extensions 50 X 14, 14, 14
Total Calorie burn from everything: 1410 cals.
Legs are on fire anytime I move and left elbow is giving me a bit of grief. I almost stopped after the Deadlifts but I kept pushing through it. I couldn't do deads or squats today very well. Just couldn't get my legs to cooperate. Usually doing Split-Squats and Dead Lifts one day and then squats and narrow grip deads the other day isn't bad. I think the 5 miles or so according to the HRM at the zoo made the difference. Just destroyed me.
Diet:
Breakfast:
none
Lunch:
16 ounces Lean Ground Beef
2 slices Cheese
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles
1/2 hamburger bun
Dinner:
Broccoli - 1 cup raw
Bell Pepper - 3/4 cup
Carrots - .5 cup raw
Black Olives - .5 cup
Turkey Pepperoni
Cheese Stick x 2
Snack:
Bison Jerky - 4 oz
Macros:

Carbs: 84
Fat: 104
Protein: 221
Supplements:
AM: Glycobol, Raspberry Ketones, Orange Triad, Fish Oil, Organ Shield, Erase Pro, 500-XT, DCP
Lunch: Glycobol, Raspberry Ketones
Supper: Glycobol, Raspberry Ketones
PM: Raspberry Ketones, 3z
Carbs were high today, the jerky had a hidden 32 in it, then dinner had over 22 in it from the veggies. Lunch had more than I thought as well with the 30 or so carbs there.
Weight: up .4 pounds from yesterday. Most likely an influx from the carbs. Total weight down for the week: 3.6 pounds. (From Sunday Weigh in)Last edited by sinlesss; 04-15-2012 at 05:34 AM.

- Solid workout today bro. How do you track your burnt calories?
- I don't know if you use a site like this but, MyFitnessPal is really nice to help you track those macros/food that you log.
- Since you're cutting, is it still possible that you acquire some EC for the addition to the stack? The increase of weight could be from the water retention from TTA from DCP. Btw, how much grams of DCP/day are you doing?

****************************** **********************WWWWWWWW EEEEOOOORRRRRRTTTTTTTTTTTWWWWW WWEEEEOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRTTTT TTT*************************** ************************
Low Carb Recipe Alert.
Today I was craving Brownies... not the dry cake kind that you see the recipe for online.. GROSS PEOPLE.. 2 Cups of Flour and 1 cup of Sugar is CALLED CAKE... not brownies..... BLAH!!
So I took off on a side adventure. Some of you who know me, know that I'm a foodie. If I hadn't gone into computers I would of became a chef and I still aspire to have my own bakery some day. Regardless I scoured whole foods for some ingredients to make a decent low carb brownie. Took a couple tries but I succeeded! 2 CARB Brownies.. That is right.. 2 CARB brownies that taste like brownies.
First Recipe is a simple one. It does have some Soy in it, this scares some people. I don't mind little amounts of soy.
Here is a picture of some obscure or items you probably don't have on hand that you will need.
Now for Brownie Recipe I.. I like to call this the DOESN'T GO STRAIGHT TO YOUR BELLY FAT Brownies..
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350, cook 25-30 minutes in a 8X8 or 9X9 pan. 9 servings per container
1 cup Stevia
1 cup Splenda
3 eggs
1/2 cup softened margarine
1/2c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. flaxseed meal
1/2 c. Almond Flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Soy Choc. Milk
MACROS: 5 Carbs per brownie, 3 Fiber per brownie.. net of 2 carbs a brownie (not small brownies either.) 6 protein per brownie, 99 cals per brownie.
Some pictures of the process and finished product:
Now onto Brownie II.. This is the ultimate low carb brownie, but at the cost of a few more calories.
1 Cup Stevia
1 Cup Splenda
3 eggs
1/2 cup Margarine
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 c. Almond Flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 serv. 1 squeeze packet Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preheat over to 350. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
162 cals, 6 carbs, 4 fiber, 14 fat, 6 protein for these brownies. These look better dough wise.
Pictures of the progress and final product!!
My son LOVED THESE..
ENJOY!!!Bruce The Destroyer.

Working on my calories for the night, great night all in all. I thought I should share another one of my recipes I've made on here! Thanks for the PM's about them!
All you need is:
to make:
Just remove the magic matcha or substitute the reg. creamer with a sugar free for even lower carbs. Just Almond Milk and Protein Powder will make a decent protein ice cream.Bruce The Destroyer.

Works for me man! Thanks for following along! If DCP goes well and I get down to a bit lower BF like I want I plan on giving Smolder a try. I've never used any topical fat burners, in fact this log is the first time I've used any fat burners at all. I started out at 39.8% BF and worked my way down to 23% since August 1st, thought I'd give some a try as it had been slowing down as of late. I know the topical are suppose to be great once you get lower BF like 14-15% BF they say.

Well it's been two weeks and I gave it a good run but I have to drop the Pro Xanthine 500-XT. Some of you following may know that I have a horrible non-tolerance for stims. Craze destroys me at one scoop. Jack3d, and etc.. Even a full dose of Focus XT has the anxiety kicking in for me. After 2 weeks I was hoping the effect would eventually fade and it never has. Today I didn't take Pro Xanthine 500-XT and not having the jitteriness. I can say if you can handle the stims its a strong product that does what it says. It's just way way to powerful for me. If I could cut the caps into 1/2 or maybe even 1/4 and split the doses I'd be in love with this product. The mixture of 1,3d and the ephedra like compounds in it is just too much for my system. Again this product does everything it says, I just can't handle stims. I had no idea how powerful this stuff was going to be. You could use it as a PreWork out then some!
