Time off was good for me. I took a full 8 away from the gym but went for a few bike rides.
First workout was Wednesday with a new routine. Still in M/W/F but using a light full body now- one push, pull and legs exercise, plus a little vanity like arms or traps.
Wednesday's workout was (did 2 push moves, blow me):
Inc BB bench
BB clean and press
(lightly) weighted bench step ups
chest-supported tbar rows
FatGripz DB shrugs
EZ bar curls
20 minutes of cardio.
Thats the template for now. Cardio should expand a little to 10-15 minutes pre and 20 post with 15 minutes being an HIIT thing.

Till then, might as well update the training here.
Tonight kind of kicked my butt. Started with 10 minutes on the StepMill.
Then deadlifts, DB shoulder presses, back squats, CG bench, and FatGripz DB shrugs (all weights were pretty light).
Barely made 10 minutes on the elliptical with 3 weak ass intervals thrown in.
I really don't care about numbers right now- I just need to hit everything with a good amount of cardio. I left exhausted; thats a very good thing.
