The pic of the 2 of them is about 2 months old. I think Troy is a but under 250 right now. He is 'bulking' for sure right now by he never gets sloppy, never enough to lose his abs.

lol, I think Troy has the right idea though. Don't get too fat off your bulk and your cutting phase isn't near as long, intense, or brutal. I think I'm going to try that after this next one.

If you can do a cleaner bulk, and make progress, I think thats the way to go.
Caveat: my bodyfat is higher than the age of most kids in the MISC. So, I can't speak on cutting at ALL, lol.

He usually picks the right shows and places well. Until Vegas, at least. The judges there just hate him! This last year he got out-placed by about 6 guys he'd beaten earlier in the year. I know it all depends on how you look on a given day....but come on. Total bullshyt political agendas behind the judging.

(I like Hide as much as anyone- I honestly think he is a cool dude. But he went from buried in 13th place at the O to top 10 (9th, and 2 10th) after signing with Gaspari. O rly?)

Tuesday's project was the big bike. Today was the FrankenBike.



This one is made of assembled parts. I bought the frame, added as many parts as I had laying around, and bought a very few I didn't have. Probably 3/4 of the parts are used/recycled.

Picked up the rebuilt wheel yesterday. Oh- new rim and spokes, the hub (the axle/spindle in the middle) is about 16 years old. I buy my shyt to last.

Today was a brief ride about the block 3 times. About 5 miles, 25 minutes of actual riding. I know the pain that will come- lol. Will take this first week very easily.

Bike riding- either on pavement or dirt- hits the body in unique ways. Quads of course. But also hands and wrists, lower back, neck and shoulders, and... the 'taint. 'Taint your balls, and 'taint your butt hole. Its that little area in between. And it take a few rides to build up a callus (not really- but you get the point).
I probably could have ridden for a good hour today. But those little places aren't strong enough right now.

No way. I use it and feel it makes a difference in NOT getting sick and helping with DOMS.
And, its cheap enough, I can risk it being bunk. But I think it works for me. I try to use 10g a day.

Nashbar steel frame, Lx, xt, xtr drivetrain . Avid levers and brakes. Salsa, Easton, Titec parts. It's a serious mutt but sure rides nice.

Me too after bulking to 50lbs heavier than I am now one year ago I would gladly gain 5lbs clean mass a year than ever bulk for the sake of bulking ever again. Sadly, I worked harder to bulk that hard than I did to shred all the fat off LOL.

Echoes my night, spent time with friends... ate a little too much food... back to kill back, traps and rear delts tonight! (along w some abs and cardio if Im stimmed enough lol)

Friday I took a rest, so got in there today.
Bit of a broad routine. Started with cardio, then did BB cleans, shrugs, standing DB shoulder press, BB bench press, DB shrugs, seated cable rows, and DB lateral raises.
Fun workout and I'm pretty wasted now. Can't wait for sleepy time.
