Just a quick update- I've been tired as hell all day and I can't wait to eat dinner and lie down. Squats yesterday caught up today. My lower back kills. Will be using the BioFreeze tonight- thanks Jeff, for the heads up on it!
Ok, the workout. Skipped cardio, started with DB shoulder press. Good lifts all the way to my heaviest set- 95s for 3 of the ugliest reps ever.
Hammer Strength shoulder press- 4 sets.
Smith machine shoulder press- 3 sets. Both were a little lighter than normal.
Used the FatGripz for close grip bench. I got up to 195lbs, but could not keep the form- my wrists were shakey. Backed it off to 165 for 2 more sets, felt good.
OH DB ext, 4 sets, not too heavy.
3 sets of supinating DB curls. I really loathe training biceps, 1 exercise was all I could stand tonight.
DONE. And home.
Supplement update- today is day 12 on XFA. If the lower back is a clue, DOMS are here in full effect.

That actually your living room in the pic you posted in the supp stash thread? If so, BA. Not into vinyls myself but can certainly admire
HA! No. Thats my fantasy pic, I guess. My living room has an embarassing about of DVD racks. GF and I invested heavily and have a really sweet collection of movies. Kind of a bust now with NetFlix and streaming, etc.
My supps are crammed into the kitchen pantry. It wouldn't even be a cool pic, shyt is stacked 2-3 deep and 3-4 high on the top shelf. Looks like something from hoarders.

I have a 15 dollar wire rack from Target, it does the job. Then again, I don't have THAT many supps

lmao my supps just lay all around the entirety of my house, its like a disturbing episode of horders lmao.
Regarding greek food, it gets old fast imo compared to my favorites which are indian and mexican food.
My favorite pita is the combo: gyro, falafel, chicken breast, lettuce, feta cheese, taziki sauce, a little ceasar sauce and hot sauce... o and chopped up onions... pure win

I can imagine a tour to a guest: "And this is the guest room, and, um, the general health products. Anavite, C and D. You know. OK, here is the kitchen and the protein powders."
Lmao!

I literally have my office cluttered, my storage room in the basement and my entire kitchen counter and dinind room table... it looks like the place just got turned upside down looking for drug money

I can understand that. Buuuut...if you have tubs of LitUp, that might be valuable for a little while.

As you wish.
You might notice that Tim, director of MN marketing, is wearing an iCarly shirt in his avi. Its up to you decide whether he a fan , or wearing it ironically.
So, even tho I left the team, I wanted Tim to know he was still in my thoughts.

Not my best workout in a while. I guess squats on Tuesday did a number on me. My hips and lower back have been tight for a few days, and it really caught up to me in deadlifts today. As bad I felt, I did work where I could.
Pre- XFA, LCLT and Purus Labs Muscle Marinade.
10 minutes warm up cardio on the elliptical. Deadlifts- could not go over 185lbs, my back was too tight and the full ROM just hurt. Flat bench- got up to 235lbs for 2 sets of about 8. Meh Incline bench- total crap. 2 sets of about 12 with 135, and 2 sets of 6 with 6 second negatives. These turned out to be the the best thing of the night: really burned in odd places (high on my inner triceps) and gave a great pump. Seated cable row felt good, I did 5 sets of 10-12 reps. Lat pulldowns felt bad, did 2 light sets.
Finished with a set and half of supinating curls- today my elbow hurt. Crap.
OK- I'm gonna credit the XFA for some of this pain and stiffness. Good, its doing what it's supposed to.
And today was my 'light' day, so the numbers don't really matter.
Meh.

Been noticing the same thing of late going heavy on squats has definitely taken a toll on my lower back/hips as well

It pretty much sucks. IMO I get more out of deadlifts than squats; if squatting hurts me for 3 days plus AND inhibits deadlifts, I might have to work on the overall routine. My leg day was LIGHT- I just did (for me) higher volume.
