    I think it works similarly to EC, ie through the beta receptors of the heart, but that it affects more of them? While EC only hits certain receptors?

    Lol so many unaware phaggots on here. First, wouldn't take clen just by itself (You should be aware of the generic cutting stack). But it still works decent alone but nothing magical. Does help you hit lower single digits faster but its mostly helpful for those who are already sub 13%, otherwise, just as simple diet deficit is fine.


    2 week cycle is one of the 3 basic ways to take it and works fine for tolerance renewal, you could consider taking EC stack on days off to keep a 3rd party thermogeneic effect going at all times.

    And yes, obviously you still need to eat at a deficit otherwise you'll still plateau. However its great to know that its anabolic as fuark and you won't lose mass

    Not sure what you mean by "third party thermogenic effect" but clen and EC burn out the same receptors, which is why people don't alternate them. Unless you mean the receptors that clen affects but EC doesn't are renewed.

    I've heard of people taking Benedril in between cycles because it causes the receptors to renew themselves more quickly.

    yes i have done plenty research i am just trying to get a topic on clen started and right now i am cutting on 2k-2.2k cals minus 500 from my base of 2600 and keeping protein 130g minimum, just thought about clen as i want to get the leanest and retain as much muscle mass, my diet is working but i want a little extra kick



    and someoen said add test to the clen, i will go on a cycle in late august at the latest right now i want to get sub 10% naturally and then do a clean bulk
