    Question Returning to gym -keto?

Sup guys have been travelling the past three months and haven't had access to a gym or proper nutrition. I've lost some muscle mass and in turn my body fat has gone up to about 15% from 12%. I'm looking to get into some serious training when I get back and will be doing babyslayers SS.
My main concern is what to do with my diet. My maintenance is around 2500 cals.
I'm thinking of trying keto where maybe muscle memory can aid in giving me effectively noob gains losing fat while gaining muscle.
Or would it better just to stick with the traditional bw in protein, 1/2 bw in protein and rest carbs?

    Thank you

    Try CKD.
You can start at maintenance calories, & adjust from there.

Here's a few links worth reading.

I personally had great success with the "Body Opus" style CKD.
Best of luck buddy & welcome to keto!
