HED dosing from rat dosing is not linear. It's a function of the surface area of the animal. As Pinch alluded to, extracts aren't necessarily created equal meaning you can have a 10:1 aqueous extract, 5:1, etc. This can cause a dose to vary even more when calculating HED.

Rats are the closest pharmacological species to humans of all animals, even moreso than monkies. How do you think ALL human trials start for any medical studies in living organisms? I'll give you one guess.

Citations are listed. We have a N = 32 study in process in humans on the finished product. Beyond safety markers, we're looking at prolactin, LH, FSH, DHEA-S, free and bound test, estradiol, etc. Proof of concept blood work was very positive as will be the reviews.

I did have a problem seeing GASPARI NUTRITION make a comment that spoke poorly of formulations with claims based on rats when they included anacylus. I bolded rats, because that is the model used for studies on anacylus. I thought it was a cheap marketing tactic until des clarified the situation.

Either you skimmed through the post, or all the chemicals you work with have clouded your sight/memory to the point where you cannot comprehend what a f*cking quotation mark is.

I'd generalize them as extracts instead of "actives" because the latter excludes important variables like standardization and source (with extra emphasis on source).
