So this is the riveting tale of my squat history -
I was squatting close to 200 for reps about 2-3 months after I started adding squats into my routine. So one eventful day I asked a bro in the gym to watch me to see if my form was right. So he recorded a video. Lo and behold, my form was great, except for the fact that I wasn't even going parallel
Every since that eventful day, I dropped my squat from like 195 to 135 and focused on my depth hard. I went pretty much ATG or as low as my flexabith could allow. Unfortunately, I had started my cut at this point and I was worried I'd never get back to 195.
So fast forward to today, and I was working my way up to 185 for 3 reps. I pump myself up, blast the music, and get under the bar and rip out 4 clean bellow parallel reps, to my surprise of course, since I thought I could only do two.
Then I said fcuk it. I put up 195 and was going to get one good rep. I pump myself even more and I set up, rip it and I get three, yes, three clean fcuking reps!
FCUKKK YESS!!!
After a few months of depth work, I have made it back to my max squat weight but this time, with great depth! I know it's not heavy, but it's great for me, and it made my day! !

started my cut at 190ish, and my strength has went to complete **** on all lifts across the board, much less actually progressing. happens every year when cutting but it doesn't worry me much as long as the tape measure isn't shrinking. but i guess i might be in the minority that doesn't care much about strength? congrats on gettin under 180, keep it up

In the morning I'm having breakfast at my grandparents, so bacon, eggs, prob even some hash browns, and then nothing until dinner, where I'll have turkey breast, probably on a roll, I'll even work some potato salad in my diet. Which is one of my weaknesses.
It will all work in. My worry is for Saturday. My buddy is coming in town, haven't seen him in over a year. He's in the marines. I'm having a cookout at my house. Probably grilling 85/15 burgers debating on how I'll figure it out. Tracking calories makes you realize how empty alcohol calories are. hahaEat. Lift. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.

Im cutting and its going much slower than Id like. Down 19 lbs since January 3rd. My buddies tell me that is on pace for conserving muscle. I guess it just sucks cuz I started at such a high weight.

Going to cut to 170 or hopefully 11% bf or so... then going to slow bulk to about 200-215 using Leangains IF
freakn stoked... only reason im going to continue my cut now is because I don't want to slow bulk and accumulate ontop of fat that I currently haveEat Sleep Dream BRAH

Ahhh man you're tempting me. I just wanted to give long hair a shot since I've never done it before. I actually have an appointment with a legit salon so that they can analyze my face/hair etc and recommend a style + how much longer I should grow it out before they cut it so that it actually looks good despite being so long.

brah it was sooooo good. I followed the directions that were a few pages back and it came out perfect. Although I think I put too many toppings on it lulz because it was a little floppy in the middle but cotdamn was it tasty. A nice little change of pace from chicken/turkey
