pecs today. not a single gram of alcohol digested by my body for 3 weeks. Feels good brah! Actually looking leaner and leaner but still around 13-14% because there's still a layer of fat on my lower abs.

Lulz, just to add on to the daily chocolate, I will sometimes eat a Snickers bar around my workout (on say a deadlift/squat day) especially if I'm lower on calories at the time. 280 calories and I'm ready to roll - I know some (or many) might not agree on such a thing, but as everyone else, it's worked into my calories/macros and the results are there. Dem chocolates!

IN on this shizzz. just starting cutting today... shredded by june bros. what do you guys think of my diet?? opinions/criticism wanted:
currently sitting at around 163lbs, ~11-12%bodyfat
2 peices of teriyaki chicken: 360 calories... 61p 16c 4f
3 cups of diff flavored rices: 600 calories... 15p 123c 7f
3 oz of peanuts................: 510 calories... 21p 15c 42f
4 protein shakes...............: 420 calories... 80p 12c 6f
2 servings of wheat thins*..: 300 calories... 4p 42c 10f
* i needed more calories, carbs looked low, and i bought a sh!t load of wheat-thins on sale... they taste banging and are pretty healthy so ya thats why i picked them. i will lower wheat-thin amount as i lose weight, lolz. in b4 switch these for fruit... i may do that, but im very busy and hate that fruit is perishable, may also switch to peas/green beans
so macros are 2200 calories, 181p 208c 69f

I really just need to suck it up and throw myself into the rec centers pool. I know it will be hell but the harder it is the more effective it'll be for me while trying to cut.

Trying to decide whether I want to start cutting sooner or not... fuark. Was going to start April 2nd but maybe I'll start on the 26th, first full week of spring. Getting plenty big from my bulk but I'm dying to gain dem dere aesthetics.
Since some of y'all don't think Keto is a good diet I'm still up for suggestions. So far I'm looking at EC stack plus LeanGains IF. Guesstimating around 2000 calories, maybe less on rest days.
When will it be mine turn for aesthetics??

good old mary-jane caught up with me this weekend.
absolutely ruined me, binged hard as furk.
woke up this morning furious with myself.
chilled for a bit, and got a change in perspective. Im ready to finish this cut strong! 100% dedication for the next 6 weeks.
Meanwhile gonna try to only get my protein intake today and ignore all else.

cheated last week on wednesday, still fighting the weight off. i'm gonna do some heavy cardio today and tomorrow and see if i can't atleast get back to 198 on wednesday.

sup bros im 5'8 1/2 163lbs (on creatine, so about 5lbs of extra water weight from that) I lift 5 days a week, will do cardio most days i have off work, and when i work i pretty much just walk all shift (5+ miles)
how many calories do you guys think i should cut at? i was thinking 2200. what do you all think? too many?
