I'm getting kinda frusturated. I've been cutting for about 2 weeks and I havn't really been seeing much results. I can see that my stomach/gut has definetely been getting a lot leaner, but that's really about it. Not expecting god results in 2 weeks, but would think I'd see more than this. Most of the time I feel bloated as hell. Been drinking a gallon + water a day. Right now if I figured my food values right I'm at 1419 calories, 224.5 protien, and 28.57g of fat. Should I just be a little more patient, or change some things up?

Over 2 weeks cutting you're never going to notice any substantial difference, especially when looking at yourself, cas you see yourself every day. At least if you're doing it at a healthy rate (i.e. 1-2lbs per week)
It's usually ~4-6 weeks to see significant changes - the more you have to lose the longer it'll take you to see any differences.

Europa in less than 8 weeks, lower back is starting to get that 'strain' pain. last time this happened I had to take 3 weeks off from deadlifting. I was hoping to break some records at 198 too oh well, ill do back today and skip the deads. hopefully I'm back to normal soon.

Fuuuuuuck brahs!
One of the guys at my community college bumped into me, and I haven't seen him for a whole semester. This is our conversation.
Him: Damn broooo, you've gotten small!
Me: Yea...
Him: You been running all this time?
Me: Something like that.
I didn't know if I should feel good because I lost fat, or if by "small" he meant less muscular.
I'm going to be positive and say he meant I lost a lot of fat

Been eating between 1700-2000 cal/day since I started on my cut and I have......gained two pounds. Also PR'ing on my lifts. It's weird. This is the first time I have been serious about lifting though, maybe I'm seeing my noob gains and putting on muscle?

obviously there's going to be debate about this. but i think its possible to gain some size whilst on a cut. just my take on the broscience. obviously you won't gain as much as on a bulk/+cal diet; but youll make some especially with n00b gains. also water plays a huge role in your weight. and chit still in your body. srs.

In on this. I've had cheat days every day for the past week. Honestly, this is where I stop. I'm going to make a change, TODAY! No more fukking junk food, even though I know about IIFYM, I simply can't control myself.

I used the IF calc for a standard recomp, made sure to up my workouts to 5 per week, and then adjust the percentages until I was around half a pound lost, just went back to double check and I forgot how much I adjusted. Was actually -1% instead of 10% on training days. Whoops.
So exact % came out to -22% on rest days (2611 kcals), -1% on training days (3314 kcals)There is no need to be upset
