New goal is to bulk up and compete in bodybuilding while playing the violin on stage.

Mr.Yang where do you think you get your strength from?
You are not as muscular as your lifts would suggest
Is it mainly energy/hyperactiveness? Which doesn't make sense to me.. because your muscle should still physically be capable of lifting that weight.
