there is some truth to 'clean foods' when cutting, mainly because clean food has:

more vitamins and minerals to help with fat loss
more filling food
low GI carbs for improved insulin sensitivity
more fiber

fat fuks like him would be better off stuffing their face with high fibre, low calorie foods and tons of water all day, to stay full and lose a ton of weight.

my main goal is i wanna get down to 30% bodyfat. i thought i was very handsome when i was 19 years old and at 30%. that means i need to lose about 140lbs of fat. only way for me to do that is to eat less. right now im trying to eat tons of apples every day whenever im hungry because they fill you up without being that much calories

The amount of dedication to lose that amount of weight naturally would take an unheard of amount of dedication and discipline in diet. If you allow yourself to get to a weight that absurd, you probably don't have what it takes to get the job done anyways.
