currently doing chest one a week, incline db 3x6(80lbs),flat db 3x6(80lbs),decline bb 1x6(185lbs).
hope you guy can help me out
thanks

Vids of squat please? Seems odd that it's higher than your deadlift.
And if you wanna add weight on a lift, lower volume + higher frequency = easiestBest lifts to date/goals by July 2013 (ALL RAW)
Squat: 200kgx1 /200kgx1 (goal achieved)
Bench: 120kgx1 / 130kgx1, 102.5kgx15
Deadlift: 235kg x 1/ 240kgx1
OHP: 80kg x1/ 90kgx1

That's pretty normal.
If you have longer limbs you're squat and bench will be weaker in proportion to your deadlift.
I deadlift 405+, and I barely bench 80lb DBs.Maxes at end of pyramid sets
Dead: 405x5
DB bench: 80x5
ATG Squat: 315
Chinups with 45lb weight: 6
