    What Kind Of Supplements Should I Take?

    Ones I can get at a drug store or something. I'm on a tight budget, so I can't really afford the fancy ones I see on here. What kind of supplements should I take when I'm trying to lose weight and burn fat? Thanks!

    Save your $$, because there's no supplement on this planet that helps you lose weight/burn fat.

    Go the female nutrition section and figure out calories needed based on your individual goals.

    Get yourself set up on a solid lifting program, stay consistent and have patience.

    This^^is what is needed to get results.

    You could try a fish oil pill some run more expensive than others..but there is some connection with fish oil and losing weight with exercise of course, not to mention all of the littlw bonuses it gives ^^ though this might mot be necessary if you eat tuna or fish in genera

    I agree with kimm4. save your money no supplement will give you results unless your willing to drop 50$ on a quality fat burner.

    bottomline, consistency on a lifting program and proper nutrition.

    What everyone else said. Make sure you are getting all the nutrients you needs, and take any supplements you need to do that. Working out is demanding on the body, so this is important.

    But as for something to magically make muscle or melt fat? Nope - just knowledge, hard work and patience.
    If I were an animal, I'd be a giraffe - long-limbed, weird looking, awkward as f#ck... but cooler than a frozen TV dinner!

    Weight Loss sups arnt really needed at all, Just like the other said above its all about your diet, Weight loss comes from the deficiency of calories.

    Weight loss is all about calorie-in versus calorie-out. Fat loss is about eating right and working out. There is no magic pill that would do the job for you. Save your money for some healthy food instead. Check out the stickies, they provide all the basic information you need to get started.
