Day 27
Workout
Started with 5 minutes on the Treadmill to get the Heart Rate up and then 10 minutes on the Elliptical
Decline Situps- 5 sets x 15 reps x Holding a 45 lb
Situps- 5 sets x 10 reps x Holding a 45 lb Plate
Crunch Crossovers- 5 sets x 10 reps x Holding a 45 lb Plate
Planks- 5 sets x 60 seconds x 45 lb Plate on back
25 minutes on the Elliptical
Post Workout
Felt funny when bending to the side, and belly felt tight [A "Yikes" tight]. Body was shaking immensely on about the 2nd Plank.
Feel/Effect
Feel fine today, No random cringes in various movements of the abdomen area.

Day 28
Stomach has been giving me shtick for the last couple days, so I took an 'easier' route tonight.
Workout
35 minutes on the Bike at an easy pace
Post Workout
Yes, this workout lacks the "illustrious" nature that has become expected, but I really don't feel like puking my brains out in the middle of the gym...It would ruin my popularity status in the gym! And lord knows we can't do that.
Feel/Effect
Milk and Water have been the only things I can keep down, but surprisingly enough, N'gage sat extremely well and I had no problems. Wasn't a giant workout for N'gage to heal, but it was at least something!

Day 29
Workout
5 minute treadmill warmup
Tricep Extension- 5 sets x 10 reps x 75 lb
1-Hand Tricep Extension- 5 sets [per hand] x 12 reps x 35 lb
Skullcrushers- 5 sets x 10 reps x 55 lb
Kneeling Tricep Extension [w/ cable]- 5 sets x 10 reps x 45 lb
Chest Press- 5 sets x 10 reps x 55 lb [per dumbbell]
Sitting Bicep Curls- 5 sets x 12 reps x 35 lb [per dumbbell]
Z-Curls- 5 sets x 12 reps x 45 lb [per dumbbell]
Cable Bicep Curls- 5 sets x 12 reps x 30 lb
20 minutes on the Elliptical [16/24]
Post Workout
I would've really thought that my Triceps would have been screaming, but the majority of it came from the Biceps. For instance, when I was sitting doing the Bicep Curls [w/ dumbbells], every Rep seemed to have muscle tear as I could just feel the strain. All in all was one hell of a workout and I loved it.
Feel/Effect
Got to the house, poured that magical cup of N'gage, and guess what happened next: It tasted good and quenched my thirst! ISN'T THAT AMAZING?!?!? Wait...it's been doing that this whole time. Guys/Gals, if you hate something that always stays the same, aka N'Gage always working and satisfying you, please don't buy it. I'm serious here, IF YOU DON'T LIKE A PRODUCT THAT ALWAYS WORKS, then N'gage isn't for you.
Day 30
I got to spend my Saturday doing yard work.
'Workout'
4 hours of Mowing/Trimming/Edging 2 Lawns and Raking up wet leaves, talk about Cardio!
Post Workout
Well, you would imagine that this would obliterate my arms after the prior night's workout, but it didn't. Most of the strain was on the Rear Delts/Traps, so it's all good.
Feel/Effect
I'm honestly losing new things to say about N'gage, since as stated prior, it has one purpose: to do exactly what it says. So, how does one keep changing a singular meaning into new meanings? Like this:
Visualize starting your day going out into the Florida Sun: the air is still, the temperature is 95 with respectively as much humidity, and you know you're going to be there for awhile. 5 minutes in, you're already sweating: 30 minutes in, you're already drenched in sweat: 1 hour in, your clothing resembles that of someone who just jumped in a pool. Heat beating down on you as the Humidity is beating you up. You make it to the end of it all, feeling ready to just fall over due to exhaustion, but wait, there's a subconscious notice of something worth your time to keep walking. You make it into the cool interior of the house, and slowly to the kitchen. A tall glass of water is poured, and condensation forms as you hold it. A well-designed tub of an all-familiar powder sits to your right, and you know exactly what to do with it. This substance allows you to feel it travel all the way to your stomach as you drink it, along with a flavor that satisfies. What is it? N'gage. One Name: One Legend: N'gage.

Day 31
Workout
5 minute Treadmill Warmup
Leg Press- 5 sets x 12 reps x 630 lb
Calf Raises [Leg Press]- 5 sets x 20 reps x 630 lb
Seated Calf Raises- 5 sets x 20 reps x 90 lb
Squats- 5 sets x 10 reps x 315 lb
Leg Curls- 5 sets x 8 reps x 190 lb
Leg Extensions- 5 sets x 8 reps x 210 lb
3 miles on the Bike
Post Workout
Been awhile since I did a full-fledged Leg Workout...felt good. I was going to skip the gym tonight, since I didn't really sit down until 9 pm, but then I was faced with something so stupid, idiotic, and short-sighted that it astounded, confounded, and enraged me. I just couldn't wrap my head around how someone could be so defiantly blind, and it worked my brain so hard that the only thing that released was anger. I walked away from it and headed out to the gym. Alcohol is a catalyst to releasing more emotion, and usually on those you love. Paraphernalia is a false release and only covers the emotions up. Sweating your ass off at the gym as you push as hard as you can go is a direct release of emotion, which is why I chose it. Working out has no false cover-ups: it's straight to the point and is a great stress reliever.
Feel/Effect
Perfect way to end a workout [with N'gage], in my opinion. It sealed the deal on Zen and I can now go to sleep peacefully. We'll see how the legs feel in the morning.

Day 32
Workout
7 miles on the bike
Post Workout
Was on a "Mountainous" setting on the bike, so the steep "incline" feeling was killer on the calves. Took me about 40 minutes overall and I was drenched with sweat in every possible area.
Feel/Effect
Always love that chill when you take a sip [Freezing Cold] of N'gage, just feels oh so right.

Day 33
Saturday "Workout"
Workout
5 hours of Carpentry: Say What? Yes, ladies and gentlemen. Cardio was involved with constantly going up/down flights of stairs. My calves, biceps, and delts are the main muscles I felt burn. Got to rip out drywall, 2x4 framing, and insulation. Had to generate enough torque with my forearms to twist 2x4's until they snapped. Tore drywall in half with my bare hands. What more could a guy want? It's like something too good to be true: You get to destroy and build with heavy equipment and get paid for it. God I love my job.
Post Workout
My feet and calves burn mad crazy along with a constant soreness in the Delts and a mild "Eh" when using biceps.
Feel/Effect
Well, water is nice when you're sweating your ass off in a dust-ridden room that's about 90 degrees and you're drenched in sweat. But, coming home to N'gage is an even better feeling. Writing this as I finish off my glass of it, sounds like a good day.

Day 34
Workout
15 minutes Treadmill [Jog Interval]
5 miles on the bike
25 minutes on the Elliptical
Post Workout
Legs were like Jello-o and clothes were drenched.
Feel/Effect
As stated, legs were like Jell-o, but they're fine this morning.

Day 35
Saturday Job Workout, Oh yea.
Workout
Got to spend 5 hours overall with this cardio: 90 minutes fiddling around in 90 degree weather all the while trying to get a lady's condenser to turn the hell on. Remainder of time spent doing grunt work in 100 degree weather: digging...and digging...and sweating...and digging. Replaced a nice old lady's Backflow Reg since her Water Bills were becoming outrageous due to leaking.
Post Workout
Upper body [Delts primarily] is sore and I was dripping with sweat when it was all said and done. Kinda sore now, but drank a nice tall glass of N'gage so we'll see how it all feels tomorrow.
Feel/Effect
I like how one can bust his ass of during the day, come home to one of his favorite beverages [I've actually started to like N'gage a little too much taste-wise], and then chill out in the recliner for the remainder of the day.

Day 36
Workout
10 minute Treadmill Jog
Planks- 5 sets x 80 seconds x 25 lb Plate on back
Decline Situps- 5 sets x 12 reps x Holding a 45 lb
Situps- 5 sets x 8 reps x Holding a 45 lb Plate
Crunch Crossovers- 5 sets x 20 reps x Holding a 45 lb Plate
30 minute Elliptical
Post Workout
Abdomen was tight and had a distinct stiffness to it. Sweat was dripping off my forehead essentially when I started Planks.
Feel/Effect
Still a little 'tight', but nothing irritable at all as far as today goes.

Day 37
Workout
Dumbbell Chest Press- 3 sets x 14 reps x 50 lb Dumbbells
Seated Bicep Curl- 3 sets x 14 reps x 35 lb Dumbbells
Z Curls- 3 sets x 12 reps x 40 lb Dumbbells
[Slow] Vertical 1-Hand Tri Extension- 3 sets x 10 reps/arm x 30 lb [Cable]
[Slow] Cable Bicep Curls- 3 sets x 10 reps/arm x 25 lb
1 Hand Tricep Extension [Cable]- 3 sets x 10 reps x 30 lb
Post Workout
Arms tight and sore and shirt covered in sweat. Felt the slow reps every step of the way: Hurt, in a good way.
Feel/Effect
11:45 at night and still holds the "Zen" effect, we'll see how it holds up in the morning.

Day 38
Workout
Squats- 3 sets x 20 reps x 215 lb
Leg Press- 3 sets x 20 reps x 550 lb
Calf Raises- 3 sets x 25 reps x 550 lb
Seated Calf Raises- 3 sets x 20 reps x 90 lb
Lunges- 3 sets x 20 steps x 45 lb dumbbells/hand
Post Workout
Ankles hurt most of all, which I do account to my high weight. Left ankle always seems to bitch out on the last set of calf raises and I really have to push for those last few reps.
Feel/Effect
Well, my arms are completely fine after last night's workout and I was pretty sweaty and sore after tonight, so we'll see how it fairs. I think I can make 1 more scoop out of the remainder of my N'gage'.

Day 39
Workout
Deadlift- 3 sets x 8 reps x 175 lb
Shrugs- 3 sets x 8 reps x 175 lb
Low Row- 3 sets x 12 reps x 140 lb
High Row- 3 sets x 12 reps x 180 lb
Rear Delt Flies- 3 sets x 10 reps x 115 lb
Post Workout
No direct soreness or anything relative to the areas worked, which could just be an underlying lie, because I'll probably be sore in a few hours. Oh how nature fools us so much of the time [Bitch!].
Feel/Effect
Well, this was my LAST SCOOP, so having no idea what to do now with my log, I guess I'll just write up a long conclusion to my POV of the product involving any gains and highs/lows that it gave me, tomorrow.

Conclusion
Taste[Of Cherry-LimeWave]
8/10. Why: Well, it comes off highly sweet to my sensitive palate, to which I just add more water so it's not a big deal at all. It has a Fruit-Punch hint to it, that's the closest thing I can compare it to. If you're a genuine fatty and love sweets, this is the flavor for you! If you're palate-sensitive as I am, add more water and drink it, Pussy!
Longevity
9/10. Why: For being a well-priced product, it does last you the distance. They claim "35 servings"; yet, I managed 39 [That's right, I showed you!]. As far as the lasting of the powder itself, I found that my body didn't get used to it and every time I used it was like the first time [That's a good thing].
Recovery
10/10. Why: Decreased my Recovery Time 10-fold. It always worked, no matter when I drank it: Before, After, During [a workout]. I noticed definite results as far as my lifting goes, how my muscles feel the next day, and how much faster I could increase my gains.
Final Statement
For $28 [Current BB.com asking price], you're literally not even paying a dollar per workout to boost your recovery time. There are few things you can pay a dollar a day for, usually they're either A) Scams [Most "Non-Profit Organizations"] B) Bad for you [McDonald's]; yet, N'gage fits into Option C) I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS F****** REAL HOLY CRAP I NEED MORE. Cherry-Lime had a good flavor as far as I'm concerned [Although I will admit Glacier Punch makes my pants tight] and can just be doused down with water in a Wondrous-No Clump-Manner. I will be definitely purchasing it [Since this time I was DAMN lucky enough to win me a tub of it] to show my support on what a great product this is. My best comparison to N'gage is a "Chuck Norris Roundhouse Kick to Mother Nature's Jaw while your muscles laugh at her pain and lack of power to make them sore as N'gage Recovers them."
5 "Borat Thumbs Up" out of 5.
