Okay look at it like this. Food is Essential to provide energy for your body. Steroids/supplements do not provide any energy for the body but can be supplemented (but are not essential/vital) to help build additional muscle mass. beta alanine/creatine/citrulline malate/hGH/SARM - GW501516+AICAR etc. are all alternatives to steroids that can be used in conjunction with food to build more muscle mass than food alone would yield.

Haven't read any posts but there are no alternative to steroids.. test boosters are money wasters.. natural supplements that are "proven" to boost testosterone work to an extent but you arent going to see any direct and major gains from them.. the main thing you should do is eat A LOT of calories.. get 300 grams of protein a day no matter your body weight unless you are over 200 then get 400 grams.. and it doesnt turn to fat to all of the *******s with broscience degrees... ffs.. dont take steroids until you hit the 22-25 year mark.. let your body get to the maximum first and THEN crank that testosterone up.. you will be bigger and thank yourself in the long run.. this is all from what I've read/seen/been told I do not take steroids and don't plan on it right now but will later..
