Weighing in at 173 today at 5"8. Cutting is going really well and havent hardly lost any strength. Seem to be holding some water. Goal is to get to about 7% bodyfat. Kinda hitting a plateu though at the moment.

I was probably 13 percent. I started doing cardio and watching my diet about 6 weeks ago. I think my starting weight was 185ish.
