Went heavier this week with all the weights to get my wheels to grow a little more. Did a fast pace 10 min walk to cool them down. They feel a bit like noodles, but took my supplements so looking to recover faster. Hope everyone has a good nights rest. Back at it bright and early for more cardio. Hopefully. Took a packet of Musclegel key lime and had a dinner of baked salmon, a fruit bowl and white steamed rice. Just a few hours till Friday!!!
