    Okay, so I hit the gym right after work. Had no time to rest in between. I prefer it that way. Downed a scoop of Assault to get the party started. Jogged for ten minutes to warm up. Took a scoop of strawberry Maxpro and began like this:*

    Went heavier this week with all the weights to get my wheels to grow a little more. Did a fast pace 10 min walk to cool them down. They feel a bit like noodles, but took my supplements so looking to recover faster. Hope everyone has a good nights rest. Back at it bright and early for more cardio. Hopefully. Took a packet of Musclegel key lime and had a dinner of baked salmon, a fruit bowl and white steamed rice. Just a few hours till Friday!!!

    Got off work and went straight to see Sammy at the Max Muscle in Garland Tx. Gave me alot of good advice. Said I needed to up my protein because I lost some muscle mass but also lost some fat. Two-a days paying off. Right now I'm about 1.25 grams of protein per pound. Gotta get it closer to 2g. Took Assault and assaulted the gym!

    Went to the gym so I could get my cardio in, but saw the weights and heard a whisper. There were calling to me, so I answered in kind. Powered up with some Assault. Ran a mile to get warmed up, then proceeded to work abs and forearms. Couldn't just do cardio I guess. So much for my off day. I biked about 9 miles in the sunshine this morning, so I ran on the treadmill for 8.75 miles. Thought I'd be done but got on the stationary bike for two more miles to cool down. I'm spent. Hope everyone's day was good.

    Hitting the gym the last two days, I saw some interesting things. The least of which was someone getting hit on during their workout. Resting between sets, I saw this one girl get hit on by 4 different guys before she went off with the last one. I couldn't hear them, but by the gestures made, I could tell they were giving out pointers. Only problem was, when they went back to their workouts, they weren't following thief own advice. They were swinging the weights around and using bad form. Made me laugh until I realized I was losing my focus in the gym. Because of the characters, I wasn't focusing on my job, on my session. That's when I realized the joke was on me. I got distracted by nothing that concerned me. Made myself a promise. Going in the gym, I'm focusing on my training, on my session and on my job to get in and get out. Stay focused everyone and have a great Monday!!!

    Got to the gym last night, sat there for a lil bit on the only bench I could find. Looked at the weights and got my game plan together. It was an adjustable bench so I knew I could get my chest day done with dumbbells until other machines opened up. Took my Assualt on the drive there and got jacked up. Started off each set with light weight before I moved on to heavier weight. Between most sets I took a min rest. My session:

    Today was my off day. Soreness starting to creep in, but I'm fine with that. Did cardio this morning and evening. I was able to resist the urge to grab some dumbbells and have some fun. Going heavy on legs tomorrow so I'm not sure how much cardio I'll do. Hope everyone had a nice day.

    Morning all! Got a restful nights sleep cuz I was exhausted. After gym went to Rangers game. Got home about 10:30. Didn't want to budge from bed, but today was leg day. I enjoy it more when I go heavy. Downed a scoop of Combat Powder, excellent stuff, and hit it heavy. Did quads and glutes this a.m. Will be doing hamstrings and forearms this evening. I want to be able to get heavy on hams so I'm separating them. Took my BCAA 3:1:2 and Cla Core. I can really feel my energy coming back faster for longer workouts.

    Good evening all! Hope everyone had an awesome weekend. I was off yesterday excepte for some light bike riding. Slept in this morning with family, then got to work at the gym this afternoon. Trying something new. The Hulk workout as outlined in Muscle & Fitness Mag. Decided to challenge myself a little. Gotta get real heavy on this one. Took my Assult and I almost didn't stop. Felt my veins pumping long after my workout. Still got energy to burn.

    Got up bright and early so I could get my April Fool bike ride done and start on the Hulk program day 2. Concentrated on legs and ab work. Did that before my cardio, so I was only able to get in a 4.75 mile and 7.3 mile bike ride. Going heavy again on weights. Feel alot more energy since switching to morning weight training. Upped my Assault to two and a half scoops before hitting the weights, then take another 1/2 a scoop before cardio session so I can keep the energy going to kill my workout.
    Session:
    Barbell squat 120-20, 210-12, 260-8 X2
    Standing bb calf raise 120-30, 190-20, 240-20 X3
    Walking db lunges 35-12, 45-10, 55-8 X2

    Almost slept in, but my son nudged me with a foot in my face. I was ready for day 3 of the Hulk workout. Took my Assault and BCAA 3:1:2 along with my Armor V with a scoop of Maxpro Strawberry. Then I hit the gym ready for the Hulk day 3 program. Weights only this morning. Felt pumped all the way thru my session. The Hulk didn't stand a chance!     Gave the last of my Assault to a friend who needed some energy for his gym session thinking I'd be ok without it. I was wrong. This evenings cardio, I could only get in 2 separate runs of 2 miles each. Felt like I could do more if I had my energy.

    Missed my workout yesterday. Allerergies finally caught up with me and put me down hard Wednesday night. Couldn't make it to the gym Thursday. Took what I could to get back, but didn't want to rush it. My meals suffered cause I wasn't up to eating. Had to force feed myself to get in my protein yesterday. Pumped me up thru out my session. Could've gone with more sets, but that's not what's called for in the program. *

    Good morning everyone. Hope everyone had a great weekend! Finished up the Hulk workout yesterday. It was a little bit of everything.

    Turning my attention to light weight, higher reps and less rest in between. Going from 1 min to :45 seconds. Still doing weights in the morning and cardio in the evening. I have found that i have become very dependent on the Musclegel. Instead of having to lug around my 2lb canaster of protein, i just open one as soon as i put down my last rep. Tastes awesome and i can leave the powder at home. Have a great Monday!

    Had to work early yesterday, so I cut my session in half yesterday. Was planning on only cardio in the p.m.. but did a lil weights and a lil cardio. Doing only cardio this morning since today is my off day. Not even thinking about picking up weights. Got in a total of 9 miles on the stationary bike and 7 .5 miles running. Doing Hiit cardio today.     Wanted to wish all the moms out there a Happy Mothers Day and Happy Mothers Day at all those dads who play the role of mothers as well.
    Took off Friday to relax and rest. Hit shoulders traps and hamstrings yesterday. Almost missed my Ranger's game because I was at the gym. Taking the family out again this evening to catch the Rangers playing again. They're giving out pink shirts to a the moms. Had a good and long session yesterday.     Heading to the gym for my p.m. workout. Yesterday did cardio for a 9.15 mile run and abs with the help of some Juggernaut HP. Recovery coming along as well with the help of CLA Core and BCAA 3:1:2 and my Armor V. Feel my strength coming back twice as fast. Looking to Live Shredded!!!

    Db side bend 40-25 X4

    I remember now why I don't workout so late anymore. Sleepless night cause I was still pumped. The good thing is it got me up a lil bit earlier to smash my cardio this a.m. Had a great session last night.

    Decline close grip bench 50-40 X40
    Felt the burn for a few hours afterwards, but guess my supements from MisclePharm doing the trick. My Armor V and CLA Core Rock!!! Not really sore right now. May need to up the weight a bit. Not trying to go heavy. Hope everyone's day is a good one.

    Got my cardio in this morning with 10.15 mile run, and my weights in this evening. Worked back and biceps. Going with high volume and short rest periods in between.

    Took some MaxPro before, during and after my workouts along with my Glutamine MTX, CLA Core and BCAA 3:1:2 this morning. Powered thru my session without problems. Going for another two a day tomorrow with my evening concentrating on legs and abs. Have a good night all and a great Hump Day tomorrow!!!
