    am i failing at cutting? Am I still fat for bodybuilding?

    anyone notice a difference?








    Im getting very frustrated. The only difference I notice is the elimination of the gut....I need to cut down to 170 for im 178


    Im eating right...doing cardio.....WHY am I having trouble cutting.


    And I eat at less than my daily intake....at a deficiency





    What pisses me off is people in the real world...think I am muscular.

    Um I dunno brah.Tbh you might just look totally skinny if you cut down to like 10% or below bf because you don't really have that much muscle. Your body stores most of its fat in your midsection so by the time you cut enough for it to be gone you might not even look like you lift. srs.

    Im serious man. Also,If you are almost 180 now youll need to get a lot less than 170... Probablu closer to 160. Ive cut a lot more weight than what you have to lose and I know its easy to get discouraged but it comes with time.
    Here is a cut I did last year. It only took a bit over 3 months... Wasnt natty, but Ive done it natty in the past too. Just takes a bit longer.

    You wont even be happy at 170. I think you wont actually start looking good until 150lbs, but at the same time, you will be incredibly small.
