    First couple pics are cheesy looking, but whatever. They were taken last July.

    haven't counted calories or macros, just eating larger portions of healthy foods. I'm going to try to calculate my calories/macros now so an estimate would be nice. Thanks.

    I can't decide. Part of me wants to get bigger, and another part wants to get rid of the damn love handles/back fat.

    I feel like I need to get a better handle on my diet and figure out WTF I'm eating so I don't lose too much muscle if I cut.

    I'd say about 14% man, impressive size gains! If I were you i'd do a slow cut, i bet you could keep the majority of your muscle while cutting down to like 9% BF. Would look diesel
