Seems like the Packers D has always had problems against QB's that could run. This pre-dates the Dom Capers era as well. Must be those slow ass linebackers they always put on the field. I know running QB's always present a threat to most teams, but it seems to me the Packers get it the worse. McNabb, Vick etc. Anyways if Kaep's running can be kept in check I really like our chances either way I expect many up and downs as with the bears game.

Considering Seahawks statistically are better in every phase then the Niners in both Offense and Defense I'd love to hear your reasoning. I'm willing to bet if Packers do find a way to pull out a victory Sunday and have to travel to Seattle they will be at least 12pt. dogs. As a Seahawks fan Niners would be last on the list of teams I'd want to play next week even though Hawks have rolled them twice in the last two games at the clink. Saints would be 2nd least because they at least have a decent defense and are balanced. Packers will get steamrolled up here. You will not be able to run the ball and don't have enough weapons to do anything against our Elite #1 ranked secondary. Lynch and Wilson would have a field day running the ball. If PH returns it will get ugly fast.

Explain to me how they are way worse please. We were completely 1 dimensional on offense last year, no run game to speak of. Now we have arguably a top 5 back in the back field with a top 10 rush attack along with one of the most lethal passing attacks in the league. Our defense is the same sh!t defense that weve had since 2011, the same defense that held the seahawks to 7 points and 200 yards in your own backyard. You seem to forget the packers were clicking on all cylinders, beating the fuk out of everyone before rodgers went down. He came back, and no one in the NFC is happy about it either.

I believe in the seahawks D, dont believe in their 17th ranked poverty Offense. Your offense wont be able to win a shoot out, and thats what will occur IF we make it to century link. As i said before, the 9ers have a much better shot at beating us than the hawks.

Keys are 1) have some sort of rush defense and 2) have some sort of pass rush.

The good thing is that there is actually a run game this year compared to last years playoff game at San Fran.

Rodgers will find a way to get yards and points against any defense, and simply put, I don't feel as though Wilson or Newton (given the weapons they have available around them compared to what Kaepernick has in SF) pose as intimidating of a challenge defensively as the 49ers do.

I will be quite interested to see just how great Seattle's defense is against our passing game in a game that will be officiated by refs who will actually enforce defensive holding and illegal contact; two things the replacement refs let Seattle get away with for the entirety of that MNF game last season.

I wouldn't say the Packers are way worse. We are 6-2 with Rodgers this year, would likely have gone 12-4 at worst if he never got hurt. The offense is more dynamic than it has ever been.

It amazes me that there are still a ton of tickets for sell. I am not looking forward to this game... I just hope both teams come out healthy with no injuries! Other than that may the best team win....

I guess the season ticket holders had to buy their tickets around thanksgiving, and they were non refundable if the Packers missed the playoffs (would be rolled into next year's purchase). No one bought tickets because the Packers weren't in good shape to make the playoffs.
