today's meals. Shake, Tuna and oats, Tuna and oats, then I will follow up with another shake tonight.
I typically did syntha 6 shakes because they are DELICIOUS. but i switched to optimum nutrition's 100% whey cause i didn't want the added carbs and fats and i am thoroughly regretting that decision. it's been awhile since i so reluctantly dreaded drinking a shake

Got up this morning and did shoulders. I'm suffering in strength for compounded reasons.
1. all my fatty yet carb and protein heavy junk food is gone
2. lifting on an empty stomach is azz
Standing Push Press
4 Sets of 8 -135lbs
Widegrip Upright Rows Supersetted with DB Lateral Raises
4 sets of 10 (each exercise) 135lbs/30lb DBs
Lateral Raises with Cable machine 10reps each arm, no rest, just alternating arms
20mins of stair master alternating 2mins of low intensity followed by a minute of high intensity

it was a bad idea...
as a thermogenic, it's phenomenal. 3rd set of standing push press and i felt my internal temperature spike, and i just about wanted to die on the stairmaster. However, this supp (like most fat lost) has an appetite suppressant in it which is great if you're an irresponsible fat phuk who cant keep a sugar cookie out your mouth. BUT I had just slept 7 hours, just done a shoulder workout followed by an intense cardio sesh. Body at this point is BEGGING for nutrients but my i felt like i would vomit if i ate anything. I didn't just took forever to finish my first meal. I took the pill at 530am and my stomach didn't feel normal till 10 or so. it was pretty nuts.
meal 1: muscle milk and oats,
meal 2: tuna and oats,
meal 3: tuna and oats
meal 4: will probably be whey in water

sooooo now i find myself 7 days out a kinda fuked. should have been eating maybe half the oats i was. I am now looking at the next 4 or 5 days of tuna and fibrous carbs via lettuce and cabbage. I'm still not too bad strength wise. knocked out 315 on bench for 3 sets of 5 not too shabby. i'll post pics either after my workout tonight or after tomorrow mornings cardio. depending on how gross i think i look
