Ok so just started the 5th week of my 6 week fat loss.
To begin with I was 194.4 lbs, I am now 185.2 lbs.
How is this for progress? Am I losing weight fast enough or do I suck?

Yes, I'm 30lbs down (206 start) and yeah I still have plenty of body fat to lose so I feel you. But good god, if I may so without arrogance (but plenty of narcissism), I look god damned sexy for the first time in my life.Some people just don't want to hear the simplicity of it all, because then there's no excuse when they fail.

Erm regarding tips mate..
i take pictures, so if your doing that, i shoot one every sunday! feels great seeing change!
as for a cut diet, ive heard IF is great to stop hunger, but i also find... Water, Coke Zero and black coffee help me from feeling hungry.

I usually drink this if I go in town with my mates while there drinking beer. It's good stuff! Black coffe is amazing to!!
