I know the feel that those kids in the first vid are feeling.
I was admitted to the hospital and put on suicide watch for 2 months because of depression. I was constantly told by the counselors and psychiatrists that lifting this much was bad for me. That I was obsessed with it, and limited how much I could work out in my room(one hour of body weight exercises a day). I started lifting at 85lbs and anorexic. Lifting has been a very positive aspect of my life and is one of the few things I enjoyed doing. And all of a sudden I'm being told/forced to not do it as much(I'm only lifting 5days a week for 45min). It is a truly frustrating feeling when you are being told that lifting is bad for me when the 5'7 220lb kid next to me is getting told that his weight is not a big deal and he should learn to love the way he is.
I hate how badly bodybuilding/recreational lifting is frowned upon in a society that has a growing obesity problem.
That **** makes me rage hard.

I've got halfway through so far, and honestly this is some of the most infuriating stuff I've ever seen. 2 hours in the gym is seen as 'unhealthy' and that time could be spent better doing something else, when the majority of people spend 6-8 hours a day watching tv. Put that with an 8 hour working day and 8 hours sleep, and that makes laziness their only hobby - these are the people shows like this should be trying to influence and change, not those of us who work hard and have discipline.
They mention that some people who work out do look leaner and more muscular than the average person, as if that should be enough, but when the bar is set so low by the average person its not going to take much. What sort of world are we living in where people who strive day in and day out, are dedicated to being the best that they can be are looked down upon and mocked? If I spend 4 hours a day studying for exams, and only score 80% when I wanted 90%+ is it bad that I'll be disappointed? Is it bad that I'll then put more effort in, and study longer to make sure I reach the goals I set? Or should I say who cares, the average score in the class was only 70% so as long as I'm above average thats fine.
Fuk these *******s. What they see as 'average', I, and most of the other people who are in the gym day after day working hard, see as 'mediocre'. In that 60-90 minutes I spend in the gym each day I achieve something. Whether its running longer than I have before, pushing more weight than before or pushing more reps than before I come out of there feeling proud of my accomplishments. What can these people be proud of? At the end of the day can these people look at themselves in the mirror and honestly be happy with what they've accomplished? Or will they just bury their head in the sand and tell themselves that they enjoy mediocrity...
Now to watch the second half of the video.................☆☆☆υк ¢яєω☆☆☆

just blows my mind how we can be ostracised and considered 'different' for having a healthy hobby... by people who sit on their ass eating mcdonalds and watching t.v (i.e. 'normal' people)
seriously, dont want to get mad, just... wow
Fat ugly people who eat disgusting unhealthy food so they can feel better about themselves are telling US that WE have a problem because we do something healthy to make us feel good.
It's completely backwards
Talking mostly about the "Ronny rockel and others about Bodybuilding" video by the way
