    oh yeah, but I can still progress for a while at this oly thing since I am a newb + the whole once you start competing with USAW if (when) I get to that upper level, you will have the random testing. So IMO it's kind of pointless to ever start (in the USA)

    They have interviews of him and other Russians, they do bodybuilding stuff; it isn't the lifts and his genetics only that make him look that way.

    I think most of the EE lifters do some BB stuff. I've been working with Alex Lee and he trained with some EE national champ lifters. They promote doing stuff like presses, curls (regular and reverse), and bench at the end of workouts. He also says to not spend too much time with them, and just a few sets of 6-8 reps.

    I can confirm. In the vid he says that unlike arnold, he doesnt do any bodybuilding style exercises.

    He probably just did some bench press and curls at the end to screw around.

    Curls idk, but how would he get those arms without curls? Juice alone builds very big arms?

    He does bench press. In an interview with or about him (can't remember), they said that they (top russian weightlifters) aren't afraid to bench. And this pictures says he benches 500!!! *****://fbcdn-sphotos-g-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-frc3/1391862_10201573272925827_488297575_n.jpg I have a very hard time beleiving that, though.
