K basically I'm 17 been fat since I was 13ish and I have 27% body fat ( not sure if that's right but i used the internet body fat cala)
I started training mid way last year because I wanted to lose weight and gain lean mass but ill be honest it's a struggle I just got a full time job so I can finely start dieting while doing weight lifting at the gym (I didn't have much income but now I do) so i think a keto diet would be the best for me but if you have any other diets you think I could try then please comment or email
Body fat (I think?) = 27.5%
Height = 177cm (5'8")
Weight. = 96kg
Lean mass weight ( no bf)= 76.8kg

Daily protein calories = 614
Daily calorie intake.= 2455.3cal
Mantain weight.= 2955.3cal
Metabolic rate = 2129.776
Grams of fat p/day.= 272.8g
This is what I have worked out so far and I'm not sure if it's right because I have never done this before XD
I don't really have a price limit and I'm willing to spend the extra bucks to make it easier (like meals I can cook and freeze or buy ready to eat)
