Is MP Shred Matrix a decent weight loss supplement?

I don't want to start drastic on the ECA as I know that WORKS but the side effects really are not ideal... so aside from calorie deficit, drinking green tea and taking a caffeine PWO... is Shred Matrix a proven supplement that will make you drop the pounds? Are there any side effects of it's usage?

IMO you could do alot better, ive seen it priced in the range from $25-$45. Dexaprine ive seen priced $22-$30 and is about 100x better.

I am using MP Assault and I like it... BUT it is pricey. However, with MP I do expect their prices to be OTT due to the amount of advertisement they have invested in - they gotta get it back somehow.

I will look at Dexaprine. Are there any do's or dont's when using it?

when using dexaprine? Not really any donts...its just very strong so start with 1/2 a cap.

It works with in adendum to a good diet. It has helped me drop 9 pounds in recent weeks.

used 2 bottles of it, i would rate it a 3/10. Didn't really do much for me. I've heard amazing things about dexaprine so i picked up one bottle for a cut stack i'm working on.
