in about 30 mins. had first meal @ 12, 2nd at 3 will have large 50% partitioned meal at around 745 then begin fast until noon tomorrow.Originally Posted by Criisp

Workout 11.00-12.15.

More or less starting today ... wasn't able to work out fasted tho
Doing a 1-9 window ... still respecting that
On normal days I work out around noon
So tomorrow will be doing it 100%
Saw some really good results and figured I'd try it for a while.... if I don't like it , I'll just switch back, no harm done

detail your big meal of the day, those that do 2 before/1 after in 8 hour windows:
I'm thinking of a huge serving of pasta (or rice) with chicken and then supplement with fruits and nuts to hit fat/carb macros on training days.

Started it yesterday actually. More towards the lean gains style than IF, but similar. So far, my schedule is:
7am: Wakeup
8am-9:30am: Workout
10:30- Post workout meal, big meal
2:00pm- Second Meal
6:00 or 6:30pm- Last meal, large mealBrothers of Metal

Started the warrior version a few days ago. Going great. The hunger during the undereating phase is starting to taper off.
