Can anyone recommend a proper daily dosage? I just take shots of it whenever I feel like it. Tastegoodman.

apple cider vinegar is AMAZING.
now it says to help with fat loss and all that now i cant say any of that is true, but for acne it's amazing, ALSO i use to get sore throats all the time and every since i took this never again. ill probalby never stop taking it. i make sure to have it every morning. i feel like it fights off a lot of sickness in my body
i usually take 2 table spoons a day thats it
make sure to gargle after though water after
its bad for your teeth

ACV isn't really a supp, so there is no "dose". But personally, if I'm not using it on food, I usually only ingest 1.5 ounces straight (followed by a swig of warm water). However, that is usually for digestive issues that I have. 5 days in a row of that and I'm feeling great. However, do note that ACV can damage your teeth, and if you take too much straight, it can affect your stomach acidity.Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
