Thanks man.
Peak Week
Depleting carbs Mon-Wed. Start carbing up Thurs through Sat morning. Workouts are going to be higher reps aiming at depleting and priming the body to store carbs on thurs. I already started water loading 1-2 gallons/day and will keep at it through Friday at which point I will cut water out Friday night and just sip as needed. Probably have some kind of high carb/fatty/salty food before I hit the stage.
Mon: Legs/cardioLow carb
Tues:Chest/Shoulders/Tris/cardiolow carb
Wed: Back/bis/cardio/low carb
Thurs: full body pump/Carb Load - no more cardio
Friday: Carb Load! No more training. Check in. Spray tan.
Sat: Nice high carb breakfast. Prejudging at 10am.
Also starting taking Allmax Hydradry to help lose that extra bit of water weight.PharmD | IFBB Pro | ********.com/SwollenPharmD

I also heard a glass of wine the night before will help increase vascularity and lose some water. As you know also makes sense that sometimes when you add alcohol to liquids the original volume condenses. That schedule looks good i see you don't play around with sodium levels it think it could be risky I never tried it.

Fun stuff! Carb loading is the best
Edit: By the way, if you're wanting to get motivated and focused, here's a sick video montage that'll pump you up. Good luck and kick some butt this weekend.\

Time to Carb load.
Oatmeal, Ezekial bread, cereal, rice cakes, etc. Just stuff I've been eating up until now, just in greater amounts. Don't wanna throw in new stuff at the end.
Oh I will, haha.
Well the show is local which is nice. Easy 25 min drive.
Update
Weighed in at 193 this morning pretty depleted. I should probably gain a couple pounds by Sat with the carb loading. Feeling great though. Looking right on point to where I should be. Once I fill out, the definition should be all the better.
I will pick the winners after this weekend!PharmD | IFBB Pro | ********.com/SwollenPharmD
