Forrest should have been able to hold on to the LHW belt for a long time but he seems to mentally break down at times. He also needed to go to a camp that could better tune his skills. A man as large and as skilled as Forrest could have dominated the LHW division if he had changed those two things earlier in his career.

no the most embarrassing fight in MMA was when they allowed a man with no limbs to fight. The whole fight was embarrassing for MMA both fighters, and a disgusting spectacle.
