Pre workout for women?

My wife wants a good pre workout supp but something thats not so hard on her. She tried my jack3d and says its way too strong. Any suggestions?

I suggest white flood as it's a good clean type of energy.

Shock Therapy or Novem would be a good choice. No 1,3 like Jack3d and not crazy stim heavy. Novem lists the caffeine content per serving. Both are well priced also and provide good clean energy. Dymatize Xpand Xtreme Pump is another good option. All products you can feel good about your wife using.

Fierce is something you both could enjoy. Each serving size is pretty big, so she might only need or want a half-scoop, which still has more good stuff than many other pre's at full dose.

your wife could also look into stim free pre's: iforce hemvaol/omega sports ultima/MAN body octane are all great choices...you could even stack them if you want.......hemavol/body octane or hemavol/ultima are both awesome combo's

Any preworkout would be fine, just ensure you start with half the typical serving size to assess tolerance. White Flood, Superpump MAX, SAN Fierce, Hemavol, etc.

If she has a caffeine sensitivity, try to stick around ~100 mg at a time. You can always increase from there should she require more energy.

She has to try AdrenHerlyn. It's for women. I focus, push it and don't get a tingling feeling like a lot of pre workouts.

My mom is 5'4 120 and takes jack3d on the days she works out and she loves it (she takes the full scoop).
