Well i'm going to asume it's eating a lot and getting fat.
But why would you want to do that? Like.. what's it for?
You cant go from skinny to buff? You need to get fat first??
Confused.

Done. But actually i googled it, and i got the answer.
I've just been cutting the whole time D: i've been eating below my calorie diett, doing more cardio then lifting, and i recently cought myself on the mistake.
But i got a few new questions..
When bulking you still do cardio, but you lift more? Correct?
and would you help me with the diet? If you cannot help with the diet, would you show me a forum/section for this specific topic? I was looking for it, but, i don't really know where i'd post it. I'm guessing in the Nutrition section..

Nope.
Bad idea.
Or perhaps just have a high protein diet?
Congratulations, you win the prize for the worst advice ever. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you anywhere close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):

Lighten up, it was just a joke.
If you are so tired that you are going to post something where literally everything in your post is wrong, then just don't bother posting. The alternative would be to just neg you so that people are less like to take your terrible advice, I'm on spread though - so lucky you.
And just for the record, bulking is simply eating above maintenance - typically with the intent of maximizing muscle growth (which includes some fat gain). Working out constantly is a terrible idea because your muscles grow when you are recovering. If you never stop to recover, you never grow. Supplements are meant to supplement your diet, not be a staple in your diet, and the particular brand of protein you buy doesn't really matter. For the most part the timing of your meals is irrelevant. As long as your body has enough protein to repair/build muscle, and grow, you need not bother rushing to get your protein shake in within 25 minutes of your workout. My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):

yeh and you dont just make an incorrect post post you risk misinforming people, when there is more than enough people on here that can provide people with decent answers, so perhaps just shut up zynus and read for a bit,
but hurt < misinforming others on a large scale
**** people are dangerous , but the internet has made them so much more dangerous
